Our Duoflex HTV features a unique 3D effect that adds depth and dimension to your designs, creating a tactile and visually striking finish. Unlike traditional flat HTV, our Duoflex vinyl elevates your creations to a whole new level of sophistication.

The exclusive very thick and opaque heat transfer film allows a new generation of 3D two toned creations with contrasting edges.

• Great for the production of numbers, names and sport crests
• Recommended to give a thick 3D effect to fashion accessories and sport equipment e.g. Caps and bags
• Suitable to apply to Cotton, Polyester and blends

Application Information

• Thickness: 460 micron
• Cutting: Place with carrier sheet facing down on mat (Coloured/Red side facing up)
• Pressing Temperature: 165C for 20sec - 60sec, depending on the desired contour thickness
• Recommended to use baking paper/Teflon sheet to protect the design and textile during the application
• Pressure: Medium
• Peeling: COLD

Care Instructions

• Wait 24hrs after application before first wash
• Wash Temp: max 40C
• Tumble dry NOT recommended
• Iron garment inside out
